Happy New Year! We are a week into 2018. The list of New Year’s Resolutions has been made. Our intention is to accomplish these goals. Yet as the weeks go by, the resolutions become items on another list that most people don’t accomplish. For example, going to the gym is one of the top resolutions for many people each year. In January the gyms are PACKED. Its hard to find a parking spot, let alone equipment to exercise on. Then by late February, the number going to the gym decreases back down. Why? Because change is hard. It takes willingness, commitment, persistence, accountability and encouragement.
Over the years, I have found it to be extremely beneficial to work with a Life Coach. It helps me to stay on point and continue moving forward. Being held accountable is key for making progress towards my goals.
